Bridex offers all features to optimize productivity

The new Bridex pan is designed to meet the requirements to achieve high productivity and at the same time maintaining simplicity of feed distribution to the birds.

The features of the pan excel in simple operation , ease of cleaning and good accessibility for the birds. In the design of the excluder grill the limitation of feedwastage as well as is excluding males from eating from the female pan has been a key factor. The width of the opening is fixed at 45 mm . The height is adjustable , as the breeders are not decombed anymore , the height of the feedopening is more crucial then the width.

The Bridex pan offers 3 adjustable height settings.

The Bridex pan is suitable for tube diameters 45 and 60 mm . Thus making the pan suitable for 45 mm straight line (auger) systems and 60 mm circular ( disc chain )  systems. The conveying speed of the disc chain in combination with the storage capacity of the 60 m tube makes this system unbeatable compared to any other system for simultaneous feedsupply to the feedpans.

The feedcontent of the pan can be controlled by means of the feedlevel regulator and in addition the optional feedrestrictor can be used to further reduce feedcontent.
