Flex 2010 News

At the VIV Europe 2010 VDL Agrotech has introduced new Flex "Modular system" products to make the transport system even more flexible.

Y-piece with butterfly valve

The Y-piece with butterfly valve is based on the existing Y-piece. It is equipped with a valve which is operated by a pneumatic double-acting cylinder or a linear motor 24 VDC. Hereby it's possible to feed more circuits separately from a central feed supply.

Automatic outlets

These automatic outlets are available for the Flex 75 -, 90 and 125 systems. The outlets are controlled by a pneumatic double acting cylinder or linear motor 24 VDC. The outlets are made of stainless steel.

Extension intake hopper

The VDL Agrotech extension intake hopper allows to install extra augers between the siloboot (single or double) and the feed intake hoppers.

The extension intake hoppers are available for all Flex sizes
(Ø 60, 75, 90 en 125 mm)

These extension intake hoppers fits other “Flex 2009” components like connection cover, transfer hopper, 110 liter hopper extension, module silo and Y-piece.
